It is often difficult to take the time we need to heal. Our incredible bodies provide warning early signs when a physical pattern is not sustainable. We've all experienced this. You ignore the warning signs and next thing you know, -a spasm stops you dead in your tracks. Your body says: "Hey -if you don't do something about this, I will!" Over the past few years I have been experiencing increased pain in the joints of my hands. You may have noticed my schedule has been limited. It has become difficult and increasingly painful to work. Despite my resistance, my doctor has urged me to take time to heal. With this in mind, I will be going on leave July 24th.
Dr. Kathryn Coysh, my colleague here at Dogwood who many of you have met, will be covering in my absence. You can find the link to her schedule here or email directly coyshdc@gmail.com for any scheduling requests. To further facilitate, Dr. Coysh is in the process of going in-network with Blue Shield PPO and is already in-network with Optum and United Healthcare. Dr. Coysh has a diplomate in Sports Medicine, was a trainer before becoming a chiropractor, and is also a Professor at Palmer West. You will be in very good hands! We will downsizing our location and will hopefully be staying in the immediate area. Please bear with us as we navigate this uncertain time. We appreciate your kind words and support over the years.
